Gummie Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cup juice – (organic tart cherry, organic pinapple, organic cranberry)
- 4 Tbsp gelatin powder
- 3 Tbsp honey, to taste
- 2 scoops vitamin C powder
- 10 capsules (OR MORE!) of acemannan (Immun) 🥣
METHOD
- Bloom the gelatin
- Pour 1 cup of the juice into mixing bowl
- Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the surface, mix with a whisk
- Warm the other 1 cup liquid in a saucepan over medium heat. Don’t let it boil! just warm it
- Stir in the honey until dissolved
- Remove from heat
- Allow to cool slightly
- Pour the warm juice–honey mix into the bloomed gelatin.
- Stir gently until the gelatin fully dissolves and the mixture becomes smooth and glossy
- When the mixture is warm but not hot to the touch, whisk in vitamin C powder and acemannan
- Mix until evenly incorporated, avoiding bubbles
- Carefully pour into molds or the prepared pan
- Refrigerate 1–2 hours or until firm
- Pop gummies from molds or cut into squares
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 10 days
