Gummie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup juice – (organic tart cherry, organic pinapple, organic cranberry)
  • 4 Tbsp gelatin powder
  • 3 Tbsp honey, to taste
  • 2 scoops vitamin C powder
  • 10 capsules (OR MORE!) of acemannan (Immun) 🥣

METHOD

  • Bloom the gelatin
  • Pour 1 cup of the juice into mixing bowl
  • Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the surface, mix with a whisk
  • Warm the other 1 cup liquid in a saucepan over medium heat. Don’t let it boil! just warm it
  • Stir in the honey until dissolved
  • Remove from heat
  • Allow to cool slightly
  • Pour the warm juice–honey mix into the bloomed gelatin.
  • Stir gently until the gelatin fully dissolves and the mixture becomes smooth and glossy
  • When the mixture is warm but not hot to the touch, whisk in vitamin C powder and acemannan
  • Mix until evenly incorporated, avoiding bubbles
  • Carefully pour into molds or the prepared pan
  • Refrigerate 1–2 hours or until firm
  • Pop gummies from molds or cut into squares
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 10 days
  • ENJOY!!!!!!
